By accessing or using Moni (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Moni is a premium client interface for AI agents powered by OpenClaw. The Service allows you to connect to, monitor, and interact with AI agents running on your local machine or remote servers through secure gateway connections.

3. User Responsibilities

4. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Messages between you and your AI agents are processed locally through your gateway and are not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or actions taken by AI agents connected through Moni.
